I am a working mum based in East London, who loves to juggle as many plates as possible, as we do! I have always had a passion for baking cakes but I was a late bloomer when it came to decorating them! My daughter now almost 3 triggered my creative streak when she was born and here I am today!

What started as a hobby is now my passion maybe even an obsession, I love to see the finished article and the reactions and feedback from those that receive a cake from me.Through the encouragement of my mummy friends (you know who you are!), I continued to make cakes for friends and family and through referrals - wedding, birthdays and occasion cakes.

Whilst off on maternity leave, I found some industry recognised cake decorating courses in East London to improve my decorating techniques whilst also "inventing" some of my own.

I have showcased at the Newham Summer Fayre 2010 coming second place with my Basket Weave Celebration Cake and most recently in February 2011, I was awarded a top rating of 5 stars from "Scores on the Doors" which is the national summary of food hygiene and safety.

My cakes are individually made so each one is unique. I love a challenge and will try anything at least once - the spitfire for instance.
