Sales Policy


Orders and Payment


Sponge cakes - a minimum of 2 weeks is required although if your requirement is urgent please contact me and I will see if I can accommodate.


Fruit or wedding cakes - a minimum of 8 weeks is required.


A 50% non refundable deposit is required for all cakes no later than 1 week in advance for sponge cakes and for fruit or wedding cakes within 5 working days of ordering, this covers ingredients and materials required.


Payments options accepted are Cash,Paypal or Bank Transfer (details available on request).


Cupcake Stands

Cupcake stand tier fix together, so we can accommodate the number of tiers required. To hire a cupcake stand - £15 hire charge plus a £50 cash deposit.


Deposits will be refunded providing the stand is returned in the same condition. The stands will be hired in their original packaging for maximum protection against damage and should be returned in the same packaging.


Any loss or damage to the stand and the deposit will be kept to cover the purchase of a new stand. The hire price and deposit are payable at the start of the hire period.


Allergens


Your cake is prepared where allergens may be present and therefore may contain nut traces.


Cakes come complete with a box, board, ribbon. If the cake contains items that are inedible and not suitable for consumption such as pillars/dowels and ribbons, please ensure they are removed with care prior to consumption.


Storage


Cakes should be stored in their boxes in a cool dry place and should be eaten within 1 week of receiving the cake.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be applicable, I will deliver at a charge within a radius of 15 miles from E6.
